AI Note Taking

From 24th November the practice will be trialling the use of an AI note taking tool to support clinicians with the updating of your medical records. AI will enable clinicians to focus directly on patient engagement, communication and care, and less on their computers! The pilot is with a small number of practice clinicians. They will ask if you consent to this at the start of your appointment and they will be happy to give you further explanation if you need it. You can easily opt out of this trial if you do not want to proceed.

Please be assured that the practice have verified that the software used is compliant with all current data protection requirements, and we have published an updated privacy notice to that effect.
