Healthwatch GP Patient Survey
Healthwatch Brighton and Hove have launched a GP patient survey. The survey responses and GP visits will help Healthwatch find out how surgeries and the services they refer to are performing across Brighton and Hove. Healthwatch will use this information to help improve the service. All responses will be anonymous and parents and carers can answer the survey on behalf of the child/adult they are responsible for.
GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- book or cancel appointments online
- renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations and previous illnesses
- view test results
We recommend seeing the same Doctor for continuity.
Please note that due to the complicated nurses system you cannot book nurses appointment online. please contact the nurses reception to book these in.
You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices
